This seminar introduces key processing mechanisms in Second Language Acquisition (SLA) and their relevance for EFL teaching. Students engage with central frameworks, e.g. Processability Theory, developmental stages, Input Processing and Processing Instruction. The course examines how learners process linguistic input and how instruction can align with developmental and cognitive constraints to support effective language learning.
