This course continues the work started in the fall term 2022/23. We will prepare the actual Great American Food Show (mini) in detail.
In person meetings and continuous work assignments on a flexible schedule with individual responsibilities as part of the event preparations.
Only those students who took this course in the fall of 2022/23 are accepted in this course (part II).
