Hauptseminar: Acting and Interaction in the English classroom

This course will look at a variety of opportunities to engage your future students in interactive and thus communicative English lessons. Starting out with short phases and moving on to longer sequences, we will use all our resources for holistic and refined interaction. Games, various texts ranging from pragmatic to literary, pictures, sounds or film clips will be used to initiate communication and language practice. Along the course we will gather ideas and material to structure and stage a teaching unit.

This course is part of the Modul "Teaching English II" and accordingly a complement to "Schulpraktische Studien".
