We will learn about the 3 most common and influential Graph Neural Networks, the Graph Convolutional Network, the Graph Attention Network and the Graph Isomorphism Network. These models will be put in context, example usages will be discussed and we will also learn about methods needed to understand them, e.g. the graph isomorphism test. The block course is a mixture of lecture and exercises in the form of jupyter notebooks.
